The APC Series would like to announce a continued partnership with London Recreational Racing as the official event sponsor for event number 5 on the 2018 tour and stop number 2 at Flamboro. The event will take place July 21st, 2018 and will begin the second half of the 2018 schedule. As always, the tight confines of Flamboro will push drivers to the edge with nose to tail and side by side racing, and with LRR on board once again, you will not want to miss it.
London Recreational has a long and storied history of being involved not only with the APC Series & Flamboro Speedway, but racing all across Ontario. With sponsored cars at all different levels in many different series across Ontario including series drivers #89c Shawn Chenoweth, #81 Andrew Gresel and 2017 Series Rookie of the Year #32 Treyten Lapcevich. The brand is certainly one many race fans recognize and continue to recognize as it has become synonymous with Ontario short track racing in the summer and SnoX Racing in the winter months.
In 2017 the London Recreational Racing 100 was one of the most exciting races of the entire season and appeared in the year end voting for most exciting moment of 2017. The event saw London Recreational Racing driver Andy Kamrath start on the pole and hold on to that position for all 100 laps. Kamrath had the 2017 champion Brandon Watson all over his rear bumper the entire race and could not find a way around the LRR #35, having to settle for a hard fought second place. Rounding out the top 5 was Matt Pritiko in third, Shae Gemmell in fourth and Jamie Cox fifth.
London Recreational Contracting has gained a remarkable reputation as an industry leader in Concrete Pool and Spa Construction by focusing on three key factors: Quality, Creativity and Outstanding Customer Service.
Founded in 1988, the family owned & operated business uses more than 25 years of experience to deliver magnificent pools, spas and landscape creations. They strive to make properties a paradise that family and friends will admire and enjoy for years to come.
The event on July 21st, 2018 will be one to circle on the 2018 calendar and with London Recreational returning as the official event sponsor we look forward to seeing if a local star, an out of towner or even a LRR driver will be able to take the checkered flag.
